Cancellations & Refunds

At Advaya Health, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our goal is to provide exceptional and timely care to all our clients. To ensure this, we have a clear policy regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.

Appointment cancellation and rescheduling
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of Indian Rupees One Thousand (₹1000)

  • For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours before the appointment, the full fee for the scheduled consultation will be charged. This is to cover the time reserved exclusively for you with our health expert

No-shows

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show," and the full fee for the session will be charged.

Refunds

Fees for consultations and services are non-refundable.
